The quality of the item far exceeded my expectations, it seems strong and sturdy, as well as beautiful to look at! It is however much larger than I had expected and the sound, although beautiful, is quite loud. Because of this I'm not able to keep it outside on her grave as I had planned, as I have neighbors too close by. This of course is my own fault for not checking the size of it before ordering. The shipping was also very fast, although I was surprised it shipped from China and not the US like it said it would.

Quality is nice for the price but several issues - 1. Shipping took MUCH longer than expected, certainly not the next day. 2. I asked for the inscription to be just pet’s name and never added a date. Upon receipt, it said pet’s name AND “2023” Overall a nice piece but I would not purchase from this seller again.
