It is easiest to request a custom order through the listing you want to modify. I will review your requests and may make a custom listing for you if necessary. When requesting custom orders, please know that I will send a proof of the tag/item to get your approval prior to creating and shipping your order. It is essential you provide all details necessary to create the custom order and check your Esty account for messages and to approve any proofs sent to you.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours, sometimes more, for your tracking info to appear. Once your order is handed over to the USPS, I have no control over the shipping or delivery. Therefore, I do not refund and am not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, damaged or stolen through the fault of the mail carrier. I would recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number so they can assist in filing a help request or initiating a missing mail search for you.
