I ordered a navy blue mousepad with a gold monogram. The item shipped quickly, packaging was good, and there were also some coasters included, which I really appreciated! My only comment would be that the mousepad looked black to me (and I typically have a good eye for color). Not sure if it was just extremely dark navy or actually black by mistake. It was still nice, but I would've liked a blue closer to the one in the photo. No worries though, because the person who received the gift loved it!

They ran out of the color I wanted so I had to choose a different color. All is well though! It is beautiful and I love it. Perfect for my glass top desk as I really needed a mousepad.

I ordered both the mouse pad and the desk pad in the color slate. Which appears to be a grey online. Didn’t arrive that way at all in fact it came in a dark brown, darker than the brown swatch on their selection. It was a hassle just for them to take it back and give me my money which is ridiculous because that’s not what I paid for. They proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t refund the item if i sent it back and it had any damage. While it also arrived with damages. The leather had scratches all over both mats. It is currently under review to get my money back. I paid $53 for it to come in the wrong color and be damaged then had argue with customer service. Their policy is no refunds because items were personalized so get ready to deal with the hassle even if the problem is not on your part.
