Beyond happy with this purchase, and it wasn’t even for me. I got this 16” leather bag for my fiancé as a gift for his birthday/starting a new job! I was skeptical at first b/c this particular bag didn’t have many pics to reference. It’s of great quality and sturdy, no defects, and the sender “Andrew” seemed to have worked very hard to get this shipped as soon as possible (arrived in 12 days). The color of the bag can be more vibrant/shiny with the application of leather conditioning wax and by following appropriate leather care.

I was very happy with how this turned out. Leather and zippers seem high quality and monogram turned out very nice. I was worried once I realized it was shipping from China that it would not be what I expected, so I was happily surprised when it arrived.

The item arrived very well packaged. There were several scratches on the bag, but there was also information included which explained that the scratches were normal. There were instructions on how to care for the leather. Overall I am pleased with the product, and would recommend using the seller. When messaged via Etsy he responded back in a reasonable amount of time. Update-I messaged the seller about the condition of the bag when it arrived (not the sellers fault, the bag was well packaged), however, Customs cut into the box, scratched the bag on the front (obvious). I reached out to the seller to see if there was anything that could be done (was not the sellers fault). The seller responded immediately and offered a resolution which was very generous. He did not have to do what he did, but I appreciate it!!!!

This is for the 5 button keyfob for my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L: Quality is excellent, packed like a gift, and Andrew was great at responding to my questions and request. I asked if it was possible to change the red leather to blue (to better match my car color), and he said it was possible, sent me a screenshot of an example as well as informed me it'll take a bit longer due to the request which I was totally fine with. I ordered April 28th, arrived May 8th so it took 10 days (pretty fast considering it's direct from China to California). I ordered two, and it was well worth it. Would definitely order again!
