Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation from Etsy. If you have selected a tracked option, another email will follow within 24-48 hours with the tracking link. Please look out for this email and check your SPAM folder.
Here are some guidelines for the delivery of your item from dispatch:

- UK - Free Delivery - Non-tracked Royal Mail 48 service: 5-7 working days from dispatch
EXPRESS DELIVERY (DOMESTIC)
- UK - Tracked Royal Mail 24 service: 1-3 Working Days Delivery
- UK - DPD or Fedex Next Working Day Delivery - UK Mainland only, order by 11am Monday - Thursday - 1 day delivery time (see notes below)
- UK - DPD Saturday Delivery - UK Mainland only, order by 11am Fridays, orders delivered on Saturdays
- UK - Evri courier (2-3 working day delivery time)

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first and we will send you the relevant information for returning your item. Please ensure you package the book correctly, using cardboard book wrap so as not to damage it in transit. If the book has been damaged due to poor packaging, we will only partially refund the cost of the purchase.
